How we produce every T-shirt in high quality

Start with loose sketches to brainstorm various concepts. Use these sketches to play with the placement of logos, images, and text. Consider how these elements fit within the typical boundaries of a t-shirt and how they might look on different body types. This approach helps in assessing the balance and proportion of your design.

Once your sketches are complete, the next step is to utilize design software to bring your t-shirt concepts to life digitally. Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Photoshop are industry-standard software that offer robust tools for creating professional-quality designs.

Choose the Right Fabric

Selecting the appropriate fabric is fundamental in t-shirt design. Cotton is a popular choice due to its breathability and softness, making it ideal for everyday wear.

Polyester blends are particularly effective for sublimation printing, where dye is vaporized into the fabric, allowing for bright, detailed graphics that last a long time.

A blend of cotton and polyester offers a middle ground—durability and print fidelity with increased comfort. This blend is excellent for designs intended for active wear, as it combines moisture-wicking properties with a soft touch.

Inks & Materials

Using quality inks and materials is fundamental when aiming to print designs on t-shirts effectively. The type of ink chosen impacts the print’s vibrancy, durability, and overall feel on the fabric. For best results, it’s important to match the ink with the fabric type and printing method.

We will target the printing process to the various factors of each T-shirt's graphics.

Modern printing methods such as Direct-to-Garment (DTG), screen printing, and sublimation offer designers the ability to experiment with a broad range of designs, from simple logos to intricate, full-color illustrations.

Proper Alignment and Placement of Designs

Proper alignment and placement are key factors when printing designs on t-shirts, as they impact the design’s visual appeal and professionalism. Ensuring the design is correctly aligned on the t-shirt helps achieve a polished, balanced look.

Additionally, by choosing water-based inks, organic and recyclable materials, and energy-efficient printing methods wherever possible, designers can create high-quality, environmentally responsible products that resonate with today's eco-conscious audience.

Finally, we will quality check each garment and fly it to you as soon as possible!
